The US runs on imperialism, the only reason why its economy “works” is because it uses its vast financial capital to subjugate and plunder the global south, and bombs, sanctions, coups, invades, etc any country that tries to go against that. The PRC doesn’t function that way, and is a big part of development in the global south.
