Well, it is always needed to take IQ tests with a grain of salt, there are several type of intelligences and the tests normally show only the analytic capability to solve problems, but not the emotional or social intelligence to solve conflicts, which is equal or even more important. Not the tests as such are racists but the interpretation of priorities in the evaluation that is applied.
