        Tell me you have never had a pet bird without telling me you have never had a pet bird. If any animal were to ever be into bdsm, it’s going to be birds.

          Aw, actually I did have pet cockatiels as a teen. (Sadly, not for long - my parents didn’t know how dangerous Teflon was, and my babies paid the price.)

          They didn’t care to be held like this, but boy did they love face scratchies.

      Do you think he might like the warmth? Parrot feet don’t have the feather insulation owl feet have, and I believe their circulation actually restricts to barely keep feet above freezing and save most warmth for their torso. Sounds uncomfortable.

        It could be. Some crows and ravens and keas will just walk in snow like it’s dirt. I’ve seen chickens just going about normally in the snow too, but most parrots other than the kea probably can’t handle it.
