Can he choose where he runs? If so, why not choose a riding where he has a better chance of winning? He sounds incredibly qualified.

I never thought of it that way before. Yeah, it’s not like democrats believe money should be pissed away, but conservatives will tell you that spending money on things like human rights is “pissing it away”. Gross.

Most people will never make $250k/year in their working life… yet it’s also wild how many people are making so, so much more than that.

The divide is crushing

It’s possible that the people who want to reduce the cost of living are barely scraping by.

Edit: also, the number of people I know who have been laid off in the last few years and are still looking for a job is unprecedented. I think it’s fair to say that all of the things listed are important, but when you’re unemployed or otherwise unable to put food on the table, that can adjust how you might feel about priorities 💔
