We don’t have to be best friends with China but I think to have a strategic trade partnership is crucial right now to eliminate ties with USA as much as possible.

I am not from Quebec and would like to hear from Quebecois actually how they feel. What I see and hear is that the Quebecois are very concerned about the threat from the USA as well and actually moved closer to the rest of Canada recently. The Bloc seemed to have missed the current situation and interests of their people completely here. Or am I completely wrong here?
