Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre is promising to crack down on the use of offshore tax havens and recover as much as $1 billion a year in lost revenues.

In a video posted on X, Poilievre said the money recovered through the initiative would be used to help pay for his plan to introduce a $14-billion income tax cut by reducing the rate in the lowest tax bracket from 15 per cent to 12.75 per cent.

Seems like something that should be general government business and not an election promise.

Doing your fucking job and enforcing the law isn’t the same thing as promising infrastructure projects or putting new laws forward.

Ok? Why not just charge rich more taxes…instead of pushing breaks all the time that just get reversed.

Also, you won’t get security clearance…I don’t trust you worth a pinch of coon shit to touch Canada’s tax money.

Paying $14B to chase $1B makes no fucking sense at all.

PP is an idjit, always has been and always will be.

          They are not unrelated.
